Origin of mobil-home

The legal status of mobil-home

The first texts relating to the mobile home are relatively recent. Until 2007, the mobile home was the subject of no regulatory definition. Only a circular n ° 88-28 February 29, 1988, the Ministry of equipment and transport, relating to the " mobile homes " dealt with the issue of mobile homes considering that the mobile home should be equated to a caravan " as he kept its means of mobility.

The French standards
